Loved the meatloaf with the mushrooms gravy, also had the ribs excellent. Wish that they add smoked sausage to the menu. Cozy place with good bbq for the north east.

Cajun Cracklins and fried green tomatoes are great to start with. They are not treats easily found around here and worth the trip. The pork ribs and brisket are flawless. When they have the beef short rib available, it’s a must have! The house made coleslaw is awesome as well. Have not had anything that wasn’t thoroughly enjoyed.

I actually enjoy their dishes and customer service, excellent area very close to my home. The cashiers are always helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Great BBQ right here in NJ, great food and very friendly service. The owner often makes the rounds, chatting with customers. Make sure to order the lobster Mac & cheese. I love the brisket (fatty end) and the meatloaf with mushroom gravy. The jambalaya is great too for those who don't want BBQ. Best appetizers are Cajun crackelins' and hush puppy shrimp. Don't settle for the hot BBQ sauce, make sure to ask for the ghost pepper BBQ sauce, it's awesome!

Excellent customer service and delicious food! They smoke the meat for a minimum of 16 hours so it is completely flavorful. It truly is the best BBQ around. I highly recommend.

Not terrible. A little pricey for what it is, and the brisket was a little too fatty. I like my pork ribs a little more tender.

Awesome spot. Found it by chance. Will definitely return. Great bang for your buck. Homey atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. The food is the star of the show. Had the fried pork belly appetizer. Hubs had the brisket hash special and I had the St. Louis rib platter. Delicious. Everything was quality and fresh. Kudos to the chef and owner. The staff was friendly and energetic. The atmosphere fit the name of the restaurant. The menu is easy to read and navigate. I ordered the pulled pork with baked beans and potatoes. It also came with tortilla chicken soup. It was very good and fresh. We also had dessert. I had the apple crumb pie. It was perfect! When I go back that way I will definitely stop there again!!!

Great update to the restaurant. The smoked meats are excellent. I had the pulled pork, with a lettuce wrap, and the chipotle sauce. Coffee was nice and strong. Kids menu was good value and fair portions.

Wonderful wonderful BBQ. Authentic and tasty. The brisket was on point. The quesadillas had some really good quality cheese on it. Definitely recommended!!!

Cute Ski Lodge type of vibe. I had the blackened catfish, it was pretty good, but nothing memorable. The service was exceptional,very friendly waitress and food came out quickly to our large group.

Friendly atmosphere with excellent food. The corn bread was sweet and moist and wonderful. The brisket: tender, lean and flavorful. The meat loaf gravy contained large fresh mushroom chunks. We were disappointed by the service speed: we waited a long time for our food to arrive and to receive the bill. The desserts looked good, but we didn't get a chance to try them.

If you're in the area stop in and enjoy a meal! Pecan pie was delicious. Brisket was perfect. Ribs were ok, meatloaf was a hit for my boyfriend.

Very basic and casual eatery. We ordered burgers that took forever to be served and the medium-well burger was dripping red juice. The meat tasted off, neither one of us finished. We would have been better off going to McDonalds and would have saved a lot of money.

This place is awesome. We finally made a trip here for a family dinner. Totally kid friendly. The tables are made with chalkboard paint. Food is absolutely delicious. I loved the dry rub wings, pulled pork, St. Louis ribs, and brisket. The ghost pepper bbq sauce is a hit. We finished a huge meal with some awesome apple pie and ice cream. Heated of course. This is a BYOB so we brought our favorite big Cab. The owners Scott and Marty are gracious and wonderfully friendly. The wait staff is local kids from the area. I loved it so much I went back from a BBQ class. Scott is a BB wiz and will gladly talk shop. Highly recommend anyone looking for BBQ and a fun casual family atmosphere. Looking forward to coming back.

Not the best bbq we have had. Sign says they are best in NJ. This is the only bbq we have had in NJ, so don't know if there is better. Service was fine, food okay, and prices too high.
